All Ashley Glueless Wigs are custom made to order. Please allow 7–12 business days for processing, which includes wig construction, glueless customization, and styling. Processing time begins only after the authorization form has been completed and approved. Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days with standard shipping. Please note that processing time does not include shipping time. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

All custom wig orders require completion of an authorization form before production begins. The authorization form must be completed within 12 hours of purchase or the order will be cancelled and refunded. This form confirms your selected wig details, cap size, and customization preferences. Processing and turnaround time begins only after the authorization form has been submitted and approved. Orders will not be started without authorization, and changes cannot be made once the form is completed. All custom wigs are final sale.
