Raw hair is 100% unprocessed human hair collected from a single donor. All cuticles are intact and aligned in the same direction, keeping the hair smooth and natural. Raw hair comes in three natural textures: Straight, Wavy, and Curly.

Each bundle is unique, no two are exactly the same but blends seamlessly.

• Raw Hair: 100% unprocessed, single donor, no steam or chemical processing, lasts 3–5+ years.

• Virgin Hair: Often steam-processed for texture (e.g., body wave), sourced from multiple donors, shorter lifespan.

• Jet Black Collection – Permanently dyed jet black bundles. Sleek and bold, but cannot be bleached, lightened, or colored.

• Velour Indian Wavy – 100% raw single-donor Indian hair. Soft, silky, naturally wavy, and can be dyed or bleached.

• Velour Double Weft Straight Vietnamese – Raw Vietnamese straight hair with double-stitched wefts and weight for extra durability and thickness. Thick, full, and can be dyed or bleached.

• Jet Black: ❌ No, permanently dyed.

• Silky Indian Wavy: ✅ Yes, can be dyed or bleached professionally.

• Straight Vietnamese: ✅ Yes, but professional coloring is recommended.

Minimal shedding is normal dear. Avoid cutting wefts to minimize shedding; if cut, seal the ends.

Raw hair can last 3–5 years or more with proper care. Raw hair is high maintenance compared to virgin hair. You must treat it like your own deary. It is up to you how long it last. Excessive coloring, bleaching, or heat will shorten its lifespan.

• Velour Indian Wavy Pre-Orders: 10–14 business days before shipping. Vietnamese may be preorder at times as well

• Shipping: 2–4 business days after processing.

Tracking will be emailed once your order ships.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail (2–3 business days) or FedEx/UPS depending on order size. A signature is required for all deliveries.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of hair products, once opened, installed, or altered, hair cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check your order immediately and contact us within 24 hours if there is an issue.

Billing and Shipping must match. Your order will be canceled if not.
